Previous Bands: Started with a band in Scotland in 1957, Colinton & Currie.Came to Canada in 1962 to instruct the MacGillvary band in Port Arthur Ontario (now The Lakehead). Also was involved with the Lake Superior Scottish.
Moved to B.C. in 1964 and joined the City of Penticton Band. Was also involved with the B.C. Dragoons and was instrumental in forming their Cadet band. After a 30 year hiatus from pipe bands, joined the Delta Police in 2000.

Favorite Band Moment: Most memorable time was winning the Grade 3 Corps Drumming at the Cowal Games and marching down from the mountain and through the town with the trophy.
